Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide the graduate students with the basic methods and tools of scientific research.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Understand the basic dynamics of academic research
  • Acquire basic skills for academic writing
  • Explain how academic texts are designed in law
  • Classify the writing techniques used in an academic text
  • Define the basic elements of scientific writing process
  • Distinguish the approaches of scientific studies
Course Description This course is specifically designed for lawyers. It focuses on how to conduct scientific research in general and how to translate it into writing.
